I remember my very first sip of coffee as if it were yesterday. As a small child, I would watch my mom make herself a cup of instant coffee every morning. I knew the routine and the aroma well, but when she offered her mug to me on that fateful day and that first drop of liquid happiness entered my human realm, I surrendered to the mighty coffee bean, right there and then. I would never look back and today, I am a proud and accomplished coffee connoisseur, entrepreneur and blogger.

In my passionate pursuit for all things coffee, I have lovingly made over 1 million cups of coffee as a top barista. I have opened, managed and sold my own coffee shops and I serve as a consultant to numerous other coffee shop owners.
